The chairs were described in every detail: dimensions, color, features, availability. We are pleased with the results! Delivery was speedy, the driver unloaded chairs inside the front doors. Assembly was smooth--no missing screws. The person assembling the chairs did express a concern that the marks where the holes needed to be drilled into the back cushion were difficult to see and determine. This is crucial since the back cushion gets screwed to the frame which is already pre-drilled. Overall, we're delighted with our purchase and our experience

Tricky Assembly
We ordered these chairs for our church choir. We ordered them for the lower back and the rack underneath for choir books. Two issues we had were that we asked to be notified when the delivery would be made to be sure someone would be there,they didn't, so we had to make other arrangements. The other thing is that they came not completely assembled. The rack was easy to put on, but the back was a little tricky. We were able to come up with our own guide to get them all level. Nice chair overall. Pleased with purchase.

The chairs look great and the shipping was fast (although a little higher that I anticipated, but still within reason considering the weight of the boxes). The only issue was trying to align the backs of the chairs when installing (there is really no easy way to do that). We thought we were missing screws as well (like some of the other reviewers) but after checking the boxes again we found them all. Overall we are very happy with the chairs and will probably be ordering more very soon!

Church Chairs
We ordered 59 Church chairs from Bizchair and I can't say enough about the company and the customer service. All the representatives I spoke with were professional and very helpful. No problems with the order other than a defect in the material in two of the chairs. I called immediately upon discovery, completed an online questionaire and was told that the four replacement cushions would be in the mail and I should receive within the week. So good to know this company stands behinds its product. We have an engineer in our community who designed a "fixture" to hold the upper chair cushion in place during attachment. As a result, assembly was a breeze and all 59 chairs were assembled within two hours. I have purchased other products from the site and have been equally satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Don't buy this chair if you are looking for a 4 inch cushion
The website advertises this chair as having a 4 inch seat cushion. It does not. The seat cushion is 2.5 inches. In speaking with 2 different people at Chairs 4 less, they keep saying that the dimension advertised is for the front of the cushion known as the sled edge. But that is inaccurate. The website gives a different dimension for the sled edge which is bigger. But the seat cushion is supposed to be 4 inches and it's not.

Love The Chairs
We recently purchased 100 chair. They are good quality chairs, were easy to assemble, 7 of us put them together in 2 hours. Took about 5 days to ship. The driver took the time to let us go through every thing. It was all there and no damage. Will be doing business with you again. My be looking for some folding tables in the future. Thank you for great service. The chairs look great in our sanctuary.

I Would Buy This Product Again
Good chairs and best price in the market. Very comfortable and we have used them for almost a year, and they still look great. Easy to clean and stain resistant. The only issue that we had was with the shipping company, Road Runner, terrible service. Our chairs had to be re shipped because road runner wanted us to sign the invoice without counting and checking the chairs. Great customer service of

No warning prior to receiving that chair would need some assembly, which included drilling of holes through cloth fabric.Lack of assembly insructions except for a picture which did not check with the item. Needed 6 long screws but only 4 rec'd. and extra screws found that were not req'd. Phoned custumer serrvice - they sent screws - took me some time to figure out how to drill holes into back of c
