Excellent Kneeling Chair Great Price
I've been using this kneeling chair for about 2 weeks now every day at my computer for hours at a time. It took a few days for my back to adjust and now it feels great. After a few hours, the kneeling can be uncomfortable on the shins but that's to be expected. There's enough padding, for sure. My husband finds the chair uncomfortable as it puts too much pressure on the body parts I don't have :)

Nice Chair But It Broke The 2nd Day!
The adjustment knob for the backrest sping busted the 2nd day that I had the chair. This was because it was metal spring bracing against platic. I leaned back a bit too much and !bang! it broke the plastic. I had to get some large metal washers and a longer screw and glue the thing back together. So far.... so good. On the other side. The chair is comfortable and looks good. Since I sit and stare

Excellent Knee Chair
I haven't used a knee chair in the past, but I find this one quite suitable and a good value for the price. The padding is sufficient, the back is nicely flexible, the height adjustment works well, and it rolls smoothly. I have only used it about a week so I don't have long-term experience. As others have mentioned, the assembly instructions are a bit obscure, but the assembly itself is not dif

No More Backaches!
First day I got the chair, I thought No Way, felt so strange and uncomfortable. But, back didn't hurt that night. I use my chair up to 8 hrs a day, stretching once in awhile. It has made a big difference in my posture even when I'm not using the chair. When I do lean back, the back doesn't fit me as well as it does my husband and needs a back adjustment for the lumbar region. Other than that I

Good Quality And Value
Surprisingly comfortable from the start. I am a 5'10" 200 lb male who has used conventional office chairs for decades (62 years old), but so far I have found this chair comfortable and easy to adapt to. Sitting alignment is excellent, and the mesh back provides just enough support if needed. The height adjustment works fine, assembly was fairly easy, though the instruction page, which consists

Worth The Effort
Everyone talks about difficult assembly. It's simple and logical. Just lay out the parts and think before you screw! Just understand that the first time you use the chair it probably won't be long time before you are uncomfortable and a little achy. The chair takes some getting used to and over a week or two you will gradually build up time until you can be in it all day. Once acclimated it is

Relief Of Spine Presure
Relieves spine pressure no doubt, but for a man a wider knee rest would help for the crotch area. I have a 7mm L5 herniated disc and sit 90% of the day. Now I can get up and walk away without pain. Overall I would recommend this to anybody with back issues.

Glad To Buy
Glad I purchased. It is too bad the knee part is not adjustable up and down. I need it up more so I found a way to do that. During long office days, I switch out between this chair and my regular office chair and this works well for ease on my whole body.
